Flowers

I see flowers growing
In all sorts of places
The gardens, the bushes
And the canvass of their faces

Oh, but they do not see!
The petals that grew
So vibrant and colorful
On their eyes, mouths and ears anew

T'was a shame
They are mute, deaf and blind
For they couldn't experience
All the beauty that they would find

If only they could tear them off...
And open their eyes
Then maybe
They could see past their lies
