"Hey," Tyler said laying down beside me on my bed and poking me lightly.
"What?" I groaned, opening my eyes to look at him. He smiled at me, he was wearing semi-formal clothes. The peach button up and khaki shorts instantly caught my eye as my groggy brain still drooled over him. What? We had nothing to do today, except-
"WHAT TIME IS IT?" I jumped up immediately, rushing over to my closet, grabbing clothes randomly.
"We're not going to be late. We still have an hour," he chuckled as I stopped and sighed in relief. I threw my clothes on my bed as two arms wrapped around me, he laid his head on my shoulder as I reached my hand up and twisted his hair around my fingers.
"You know you're messing up my hair right?" He joked.
"You'll get over it," I chuckled as he kissed my cheek.
"I want to look nice when we get to see our little boy today, is that too much to ask?" He asked turning me around to look at him, his eyes were sparkling under the natural light. His words made me blush, he was too good to me.
"Oh you're so sure it's going to be a boy huh?" I laughed as he nodded like a child that had just been offered ice cream. I cupped his cheeks in my hands as we laughed together, his hand grabbed my waist and pulled me forward gently and kissed me sweetly.
"Okay, now I need to get dressed before we are late," I reminded, he let go of me after one last kiss on the cheek. He politely left the room as I was getting dressed. I slipped off my shirt first, pausing as I exposed my stomach. My hands gradually rested on top of it, how long would it be until I would begin to outgrow my clothes? I strolled over to my mirror and stood to my side, there wasn't a bump yet, but there would be soon. It's been about six weeks since the baby was conceived, about a month and a half. I already had my first check up, but today is when we scheduled our first sonogram. Needless to say, I was so excited to see my baby today!
"Everything alright?" Tyler asked, he had walked in front of me. Anytime before I would be freaking out on the inside and blushing like a maniac but now, it didn't bother me. Our relationship over the last month has strengthened tremendously. I had no cares in the world at this moment, not even the fact that my boyfriend was looking at me in my bra!
"Yeah," I said not breaking my eyes from the gaze that they held on my stomach. My hands were pulled away from my stomach, which caused me to look up. Tyler had gotten down on his knees and was now holding my hands.
"Are you sure nothing is wrong?" He asked, I could see the hint of fear in his eyes.
"Yes, I was just thinking," I said honestly, reaching my hand out and playing with his hair.
"Good," he said putting his hands on my stomach, with his eyes sparkling with delight, he leaned forward and planted a kiss just above my belly button. His lips tickled my skin, but he pulled away before the sensation would cause me to wiggle like it normally would.
"Now get dressed, we only have thirty minutes before we have to leave. Your mom is very pushy," he joked.
"It took you this long to figure that out?" I laughed, he stood up and was laughing with me.
"I guess so," he said as I reached over and slipped a clean shirt over my head, I slipped off my pajama shorts and pulled on a nice pair of pants. I could hear Tyler sink into my bed as I pulled my hair up into a high bun, I didn't feel like putting any make-up on so I walked over to my shoes and slipped on my favorite pair of converse.
"You're so beautiful," Tyler said as I wrapped my arms around his neck. He had since stood up as I had walked up to him.
"You flatter me Tyler Jase," I said kissing his nose.
