annalise went upstairs right after the wolves had left and to her room where she drowned out the noise of the party. she did not want to be down there with a bunch of teenagers she didn't know any longer, she needed to change into something more comfortable, but had no idea what to wear. she wanted to look nice for jared, but then she stopped herself...jared...he wouldn't care anyways.
jared was someone she hardly knew, but it felt like she knew him for years. she sat on her chair in her room, and she began to zone out. her mind raced as she thought about everyone in her former life..her mother, father, travis...oh travis she wondered how he turned out, if he was happy with the life he lived. she thought of him from time to time, but tonight was one of those nights where she wished he could be here.
annalise then heard a knock at her door at about 2:30 am and it was rose. "we're leaving." she whispered before turning and walking down the stairs. annalise sighed, she didn't want to do this, even if she did want to see jared again, she stood up with a bit of hesistation, she took a deep breath and followed rose out of the house.
she raced through the black, quiet forest with the wind blowing her hair behind her. the moon shined brightly and she saw a few stars, it was pitch black, she saw alice and jasper running beside her along with esme and carlisle, rose and emmett behind them. the family was almost in unison, edward was with bella, hopefully she was going to show up.
when bella and edward arrived to the big open field, the family was already there, talking casually, relaxed. emmett's hearty laugh echoed through the wide space every now and then. edward set bella down and they walked hand in hand toward them, bella watched as annalise stood beside rosalie, arms folded, and her posture shifted.
