Chapter 42- Nicole was looking at herself in the mirror she was getting ready for a dinner reservation that she and Paul had in an hour. It had been two months, she had gotten her memories back it was like a flood, how it all came back to her. Paul was thrilled he told her after all this time it was like he had finally gotten his wife back. Nicole wasn't sure how to feel, she was glad she remembered everything. But lately she had spent all her time trying to be a good mother to Jack and Meadow, Paul had been concerned so finally he sat her down and told her that they were going out to dinner tonight just the two of them.

They hadn't made love since she got her memories back, which was probably why he was concerned, normally she would have been all over him right now. Paul came into the room interrupting her thoughts. He looked so handsome he had a white dress shirt two of the top buttons were undone. He had on dark brown dress pants. He came in and kissed her on the cheek.

"How's my beautiful wife tonight?" He asked her.

"Good, how are the kids?" She asked him.

"Jack is at Adam's and Meadow was watching TV downstairs with me, she's still in shock." said Paul.

"About what?"

"Sweet heart it's all over the news Jason killed Jasmine."

Nicole could feel her heart drop in her chest. "What? When did this come out?"

"Just now, they arrested him at his house. I wanted to tell you as soon as I heard, I just didn't want to upset you." Paul said regretfully.

"It's okay I'm not mad, I just don't understand it is all." She said.

"I can, he was upset about us getting back together, he was in on Leila's plan all along." said Paul.

"I guess I was wrong about him." said Nicole."

Paul came up behind her ad wrapped his arms around her waist he kissed her ear. "I'm here love, you can talk to me."

Nicole spun around to face her beautiful husband. She needed him now more than ever. "I'd rather not talk if that's all right with you." She said touching his face.

Paul smiled as his eyebrow's shot up. "Oh?"

"No." She said smiling.

She kissed him and he grabbed her ass and pulled her towards the bed. They both fell on the bed and she took her dress off and she helped him unbutton his shirt.

"Have I told you how much I've missed this?" Paul said smiling and looking into her eyes.

"Why don't you show me?" She asked him.

Paul laughed and they made love into the night and missed their reservation. Oops.

The next day Meadow was watching Jack, so Paul and Nicole decided to go to the beach. She had told him she wanted to tell him something.

Once their Paul kissed her before getting out of his pick up truck. They walked along the beach and Nicole broke the blissful silence by speaking up and telling him what had been on her mind.

"Paul I have to tell you something." She said in a faint whisper.

"What is it love?" Paul asked her.

"I've never been honest with you about why I pulled away from you all those times." She told him.

Paul shook his head. "You don't have to, I know you had your reasons."

"No please I need to say this."

"Okay if you feel you need to." He said.

"I've never told you about my past, I was bullied my whole school career until college, which is the only place I felt like I was accepted. My mom abandoned us when Jasmine and I were at young age, the rest of my family didn't care they were just never there. I guess when you came into my life I thought one day you would see that I wasn't good enough for you and that you would leave me. I just love you so much I could bare that, so I thought I would leave you first then it would be okay. But it wasn't okay, every time that you weren't with me and we weren't together I missed you, it hurt too much to be away from you. I love you so much." She repeated crying.

Paul held her in his arms and stroked her hair. "I know that must have been hard I just wish I could have been there for you the way I am now. But you can't let those bad people rule your life, when something good comes along you have to trust that it will work out. I would never leave you, even after you left me I always believed you would come back to me. Because our love is forever." He said.

"I don't what I would do without you." She said.

"You won't ever have to worry about that." Paul got down on one knee in front of her with a ring box in his hand.

"Paul what are you doing?" She asked him.

"Marry me, marry me again, in front of all our friends and family. This time I won't let anything break us, this time it will be different." He said.

She smiled knowing this time there was no way she could run. "Okay I'll marry you." She said.

"I love you baby." He said as he slipped the ring on her finger.

"I will always love you Paul Walker." She said.

He got up from his knees and kissed her deeply they stay just like that for a little while looking at the beach and the sunrise.

The sun would always rise every day from now on even if it wasn't sunny outside.
