Plot summary-
a group of high school kinds is thrown into a band for a scholarship. 6 teens from different crowds who very easily become friends. Julia red is a writer who has always been the quiet girl, discovers that sometimes it best to go out and live the words she is writing instead of making them up. She makes new friends and falls in love along the way. The group faces horrible events, deaths and overdoes but still seem to stick together.
