Third person POV

"I don't give a damn geezzzzz" a gruff voice groaned in pain and annoyance, rubbing his poor doggy ears from the lecture.

"Inuyasha..summing it all up, you are a disgrace, a two timing bastard and retard idiot." Shippō hit Inuyasha's head, snorting.

"Ok..THATS IT" Inuyasha rises up from his seat and grabs Shippō in the process, bonking his head like there was no tomorrow. The only reason why Inuyasha listened to Shippō was because he felt slightly guilty. It was his fault after all that Kagome left. Letting Shippō go, who was wailing in pain, he sat down once again sighing.
Inuyasha just wanted to be loved. Being loved was the best thing in his life, he didn't want to let go, the feeling was just too precious to him. Now he lost both. Kagome and Kikyo who has wandered off somewhere.

"Where's Kikyo when you need her" Inuyasha grumbled, actually wanting to hear one of her mini lectures and scowls.

Kaede heard this and shook her head. Poor Inuyasha still didn't know. Even Kaede knew from her priestess powers and instincts. Her soul had left, long gone. No one can escape the grasps of death. It will always reach you one way or another. Though Kaede was secretly happy for her sister. She could hopefully finally rest in peace.

There was a burst of wails outside. "Oh no" Shippō groaned after his own cries of pain. Inuyasha whined after him. It has started...the ear-wrenching cries of the babies from hell.

"Ahhh!" Inuyasha yelled, his ears flattening, banging his head against the wall. Still, after all these years, he still has not gotten used to the horrifying screeches of babies.
Shippō just stuffed his ears with cotton and mushrooms to block the sound out. Seeing that it worked, he gave a loud "yes!" And jumped up in accomplishment.
InuYasha growled at Shippō. Shippō just looked his face and laughed at him. Then, puffing out his chest, he struts out of the hut much to inuyasha's annoyance.

Outside, where he was far enough, he unplugged the cotton and mushrooms, "haaahh! Fresh air! Finally free from the screams!"  Shippō danced around the small field and stretched.
"Kirara!" The small two tailed cat mewed as Shippō picked her up and swung her around.
"Hahah!" Shippō laughed a little.

Suddenly, his eyes perked up and his tail went stiff. Dropping Kirara who had also noticed the problem. His pupils went into slits and hissed. Turning around to face a bush and firing it with fox fire, a snake slithered out from there.
Kirara transformed into her bigger form and growled at the unwelcome visitor.

"Huhuhuhuhu" it laughed, "looks like I've been discovered. You're not bad little kitsune. But because you have discovered me....I have no choice... BUT TO ELIMINATE YOU"
The snake lunged forward to Shippō and away from Kirara, deciding to kill the weaker one first.
Kirara sprang into action and grabbed the snake with her fangs and shook it then flung it away right before it released miasma.

Shippō gasped "Naraku" hissing in a hateful and fearful voice.

"HAHAH" it laughed "smart boy"

The snake then transformed. It had a human top and a snake bottom. Of course, the scales covered the bewbs.

"Hebiko is the name. Ssayy child, you've earned my ressspect. Your pretty impressssive for such a young boy your age. Though you are good...you're not good enough!" The snake lunged in really fast, so fast, Kirara couldn't even catch her. It came in for Shippō but before anything bad happened...
