From friends to something else

Chapter 3

Sorry about this chapter, I kind of wrote it in a rush but I hope it turned out okay.. Hope you like it, at least some of it!

JASMINE'S POV

It's been a week since I've last spoken to Logan, I mean, I've said 'hey' or 'how are you' but we haven't spoken properly. It's because I've been avoiding him since the 'I'm falling in love with her'. It was too much and I can't be in the same room as him. I can't see the look in his eyes when he speaks about Erin. He cares too much, he loves. And he doesn't seem to realize I'm not hanging with him anymore, he hasn't asked anything about it and everytime I leave quickly when he comes in with Erin, he doesn't seem to care. Only thing he sees is her.

"Hey Jaz" I hear Lindy's voice and I turn to look at her, smiling a bit.

"Hey" I greet back. She looks awfully happy. "What's going on? You're happier than usual"

"What? Nothing is going on" She says and obviously tries to hide her excitement. I narrow my eyes at her and try to look into her eyes, seeking for the truth. Then I get it, this was the time of the day that she spent working on a project with Garrett.

"You're so into him" I say with chuckle and she looks shocked. When she recovers from her trance she sits down next to me.

"I don't know what you're talking about" She says casually and I smirk.

"It's so obvious that you like Garrett. You should tell him" I say and she blushes hard, then looks around us making sure that no one heard what I said.

"Fine, I like him but I'm not telling him. I gave you the same advice and you didn't tell Logan either" Lindy says.

"Well that's different, he has a girlfriend but your crush doesn't" I say.

"Whose crush doesn't have what?" Delia asks when she arrives to the table with Garrett and Logan.

"Lindy has a crush but she doesn't want to tell him" I say and Lindy hits my hand.

"Jasmine!"

"I didn't know you have a crush" Delia says, looking a bit hurt.

"Well neither did Jasmine until a minute ago" Lindy says.

"Who is he?" Logan asks curiously.

"I'm not telling you!" Lindy exclaims.

"Why you don't want to tell this 'crush' that you like him?" Garrett asks, also curiously but I can hear also frustration in his voice.

"Because I don't want to spoil it and I don't know how he feels" Lindy says and tries to look anywhere else but at Garrett's direction.

"I think you should tell him. He's dumb if he doesn't like you back, you're great Lindy" Garrett says and blushes.

"Thank you Garrett" She says and smiles a little.

"Okay I don't want to talk about my sister's love life anymore, let's change the subject" Logan says with bored voice.

"What should we talk about then? Yours and Erin's love life?" Delia asks and sneers.

"What's wrong with that? I can talk about my girlfriend if I want to" Logan snaps back.

"But you're doing it all the time Logan. It would be nice to have at least one conversation with you where you don't mention Erin's name" I say backing Delia up. 

"Oh Jasmine you're just jealous since you don't have nobody and you're all alone" He says and immediately looks sorry when he realizes what he said. I don't care if he feels guilty, I just can't believe that he actually said that.
