"Hey Emma are you sure you are ready to take care of your brother by yourself?" Dad said.
"Dad I'm not a kid anymore I'm 18 years old remember" I said
"I know Emma, but to me you will always be my little girl" he said while pinching my cheeks.
"Daaaadddd"
"OH come on sweetie you will always be our little girl, your Dad is just playing around, you are a responsible young adult. " Mom said.
Right at that moment comes into our living room John, my little brother.
"OH great she is going to treat me like a baby" Said John wanting some attention.
"Well honey, Me and your Dad have a date night, please behave with you sister." Mom said.
"Ok" said John.
"Alright let's go Anna, and Emma don't bring any friends over unless is Sarah, Lucy and Sam they are always welcome. We love you" said Dad half way to the door.
"Love you too" we said
John and I stared through the window as our parents opened the car, started the engine and left.
I went on my phone and called my friends to come over. A few minutes later there was a kock in our door. I'm glad John gets along with them expecially Sam. John adores him so much, like he was his brother.
"Hey I'm glad you guys are here" I said hugging them while they enter.
"No problem, we are always here for you." Lucy said
"Yeah always" said Sam and right when John heard Sam's voice he got off the couch and gave him a hug.
"I'm glad your here, Emma is really boring." John said as he let's Sam go.
"Well Emma's not that borring, she just needs someone to talk to." Sam said as he looked straight at me with a smile on his face.
"Let's watch some movies" Sarah said trying to break the silence.
"Yeah sure, let's go" I said as we all go to the living room and put on Netflix.
We started watching ice age, a few hours into the movie my phone started to righ.
"Hello" I picked it up
"Hi is this Emma Jones speaking" a lady answered
"This is"
"I'm here to tell you that Anna and Herald Jones are in the Hospital". The lady said, as I felt my body react to what she said.
"Will be there in a bit" I said hanging up as I has a tear fell dropped down.
"Emma what's going on?" John said
"We need to go, something happened to our parents."
