---Shehry's POV---

"Mom!" I yelled looking for her.

"What?" Dad asked.

"Where's mom?" I asked.

"Out. Why?" He asked.

"I want to meet the girl she told me about yesterday," I said.

He smiled at that and told me everything.

I called and asked if we could meet after introducing myself.

She agreed so I got ready and left.

I got there and waited for her. I was just looking around when my eyes landed on some girl. Damn she's definitely something.

To my suprise she stopped in front of me.

Was I staring?

"Shehry?" She asked.

"Ya," I said.

"Hi. I'm Thanisha,"she said.

Wow!

"Come sit," I said.

And she did.

"So what's up?" She asked.

"I don't want this wedding," I said.

"Neither do I,"she said.

"Seriously?" I asked.

She nodded.

"Kyu? I mean I know you just met me but kyu?" I asked.

"Because from the way you were checking out other girls I can tell your nothing but trouble," she said.

I wasn't checking out other girls. I was checking out you.

"Still checking out. And you didn't even know it was going to be me who was going to be the girl you were waiting on," she said.

Did I just say that out loud?

She just got up and left.

This girl is something.

I got home and not even a fraction of a second in when she started asking me about her.

"Well, she's definitely something," I said.

She hugged me and smiled.

Did she miss something? Did I miss something?

"I'm so happy that you think of her as that,"she said and left.

Oh! She thought I meant it in a postive way.

But seeing her this happy on just mention of that, imagine the wedding.

My phone took me out of my thoughts. It was a text from Thanisha.

What does she need now?

Her text said, I'm going to marry you, because I've never and I mean NEVER seen my parents this happy. But trust me when I tell you that I do not like you.

I texted back... same.
