I've been called a gem all along, a perfect diamond in the ruble of coal.
Yet if I'm a diamond then why do feel so rough? Or that I could break?
The cracks pull me apart and spread me far to no place-
And would you believe that people still look at me as if the royal gem upon a perfect crown?
