*Just warning you, this part is going to be reallllllly long (that's what she said) BUT, you DO meet Mark in this part so get ready!!! Okay, HERE WE GOO!

None of us even bothered talking to each other after we got into the room, we didn't even change our clothes.  I woke up early because I still wasn't use to the 3 hour time difference, but I wasn't going to be in California for long, so I wasn't going to worry too much about it.

Ahh! Man, I wish I could take this bed with me. You sure know how to treat a woman, sir. What?! You've never talked to your bed before? Stahp lying.

I must have made some noise because M/RM and F/RM woke up and just stared at me. Maybe the soft bed made me a little too happy.

"Jeez, why don't you marry that damn bed." M/RM said in a deep, groggy voice while rubbing his eyes.

"No can do, she's taken!" F/RM sprung right out of bed and walked over to put her arm around me.

"Huh?" I was so confused at her statement and I looked at her with a puzzled expression.

"Whose the man in the relationship?"

"Not me, dingdong! MMMMARRRRKIPLIER!" She squeezed me as she said it. She hurt my ears because of how loud she was and how close she was to my face.

"Ugghh....I shouldn't have said anything." I slipped out of her grasp and went into the bathroom to get dressed; today was the big day.

"Aw, come on, I was just playing! Ah shiet." I could tell F/RM felt kind of bad about what she did, but I wasn't angry, just a little embarrassed, like in a family reunion "why don't you have a boyfriend yet?" type of embarrassing.

"Just leave her be. You just embarrassed her, so just let her do her thing." M/RM has been my friend much longer than F/RM has, so we are much more in tune to each other's emotions and personalities. I could hear everything through the door, but I was just trying to get dressed so that everyone else could get ready.

I didn't put much makeup on, mostly because I hate wearing it. I just put some elf BB cream on with some lipstick that was almost identical to my real lip color, but a bit more vibrant and some black eyeliner. I was also wearing some black leggings with brown combat boots, and a loose, tan scoop neck shirt that went down to my butt. I looked pretty damn good to be honest. Since I never really put much effort into my appearance, I spent maybe 10 minutes in the bathroom and came out after I was all done.

"Woah, look at you!" M/RM was surprised to see me all dressed up. Yes, that simple outfit is dressing up for me. I told you, I don't care what I look like, yet I still get stared at. What else do I need to do to stop the staring, draw 5 inch thick eyebrows on my face?!

"What are you talking a- oh my lord." F/RM looked surprised, too. I immediately didn't like the attention I was getting.

"You guys, this is why I never dress up." I was looking down at the floor as I started walking back to the bathroom to change. Suddenly, I was stopped.

"No, don't change! You look amazing, we just aren't use to seeing you look like this." F/RM had placed her hand on my shoulder, and I could tell she was sorry for doing one of the number one things I don't like; over-complementing me. I know, it sounds kind of stupid of me to say that, but I just don't like that type of attention.

"Okay, fine. Thank you guys for the compliments, but seriously, a simple, "you look good" would suffice haha."

Time skip to the convention

Luckily, we were within walking distance to the convention center, so we all just went on foot so we could enjoy California in it's glory. It was okay, but I don't think I could ever live in California, there is too much.....stuff here. I am more of a country type of girl, in that I mean I don't like living in the city, I like living where we are now; a town. The town I use to live in had just over 8,000 people in it, while the city I was born in which was a tiny bit larger than that town had almost 100,000 people in it...just 90,000 people too many for me. In case I didn't mention before, I am one of the most introverted people ever, but I can fake it  if I have to.
