Warnings: Abuse and cursing in the Pietro one

Bruce:
You were setting up your booth for the big New York science convention. All the top scientists in the world were attending, and you'd been working nearly a year on your project, eager to please them.

Hundreds of people went past your booth, a few stopped and asked questions about what it is that you do and stuff like that. You had spent years studying gamma radiation, and had finally found a safe way to study the effects of it on small test animals.

You had been one of the youngest people to get a doctorate at 19 since science came so naturally to you. Your parents had sent you to a test place when you were ten that had dubbed you a child genius and you skipped six and a half years of school.

A friend had found you a lab area in the city where you spent your days and nights studying, testing, and building things for the past four years. The convention neared its end and you start packing up. A man cleared his throat and you glanced back before starting to take down your posters and packing up equipment.

"So you specialize in gamma?"

"Yes sir, do you have any questions?"

"How do you feel about being an assistant of mine? None of the other people here show promise of working in a true lab. Besides, I could use someone with your background."

You spin around and face the Bruce Banner. "Dr. Banner! It's such an honour! I'd love to be an assistant, but would I be able to still do my own work on the side?" You blurt out unprofessionally.

"Of course...?" The doctor smiles and laughs a little.

"(Y/N), Doctor (Y/N) (Y/L/N)." You tell Dr. Banner, holding out your hand.

"You don't loo-" he starts, shaking your hand.

"Old enough to have a doctorate, I graduated college at 19." You finish for your idol. "If you'd like, I can show you my lab, it's not far from here."

His eyes light up, making you blush. "Yeah, I'd like to see what you've been working on. So, (Y/N), you will take the assistant position?" He sounds almost excited.

"Of course, how often do people get the chance to work around their idol?" Now it's his turn to blush. He seems to be at a loss for words as you finish packing up and lead him to your lab.

Dr. Banner's eyes widen at the sight of your homemade equipment, "You made all of this yourself?"

"Yes sir, took me forever to get it right, I think I scared my neighbors when the activation beam blew the wall to pieces." You say chuckling.

"And the particle detector? Those are so expensive, you made that too?!" He sounds awestruck.

"Mhm, that too."

He practically drug you to Stark Tower the next minute and showed off his lab to you, letting you run around and look at all the state of the art equipment. You were happy to be his assistant, he opened up doors you hadn't even come across. Its not everyday you meet your hero, much less get to work for him.

Clint:
Being Tony Stark's beloved cousin had its perks, one of them was you got to live with him and the Avengers in New York. The view was great, the food was delicious, and the people were, well, interesting. You hadn't been out of college for a month when Tony called you up and offered you a job and apartment.

At first you were like, 'Okay, he found me a cute little apartment and a low-paying job near him.' No, in fact he had hired you to be his right hand girl in his workshop and gave you free rent at his infamous tower settled in Manhattan!
