A/N: What better way is there than to start a chapter with a meme as a title? Anyway, I'm so sorry I haven't been writing lately. A bunch of school work blah. Also, thanks for the amount of votes/compliments/reads! It makes me feel so speshul inside ;u; Last but not least, this chapter was requested by Peridot_the_dorito. Thanks for reading ^^

It was a beautiful morning on the planet Earth. Steven smiled as he looked at the old barn, recalling how many new memories were being made here. Of course, the Cluster was terrible. But Steven knew there was one good thing about it. It had brought everyone together.

He looked to his left and saw Peridot talking to Amethyst. He grinned, running over.

"Hey guys! Isn't it nice out today?" he happily greeted.

Amethyst just gave him a mischievous smile. "Good to see ya, Steven! Just talking to the Peridactyl over here!"

Peridot rolled her eyes. "Nice for an Earth day, I guess. Look Steven, I need to show you something I found in the barn. Follow me," she said abruptly before heading off towards the barn.

Before Peridot could go any further, Amethyst leaped in front of her, stopping the green gem in her tracks. Steven stood behind them, trying to make sure there wouldn't be any tensions.

"Woah woah woah, how come you're showing Steven and not me?" Amethyst asked, raising her eyebrow.

Peridot narrowed her eyes and did her specialty face(3:<). "Maybe I don't want to," she answered bluntly. "Come on Steven!" She grabbed his arm and took off running to the barn.

Steven awkwardly flailed behind her, being dragged along. What was up with Peridot? Before he knew it, they reached the barn. The two walked inside, Peridot not letting go of his arm yet.

"This way!" she screeched in her nasally voice. She took one step before losing grip of Steven's arm. "Herm... Your arm is too smooth. Let me just grab your hand... I guess," she muttered awkwardly.

The short boy felt the green gem's hand wrapping around his. He gave a small smile before she tugged him away again. They ran around piles of junk, shortly reaching a table at one side of the barn.

"A table? Peridot, you know what this is," he questioned in an annoyed tone.

Peridot facepalmed. "You clod, I know what a table is! But it's the thing on the table that confuses me!" She extended her arms towards a feather on the table for emphasis.

"A... feather?" Steven giggled. He walked closer to it and picked it up. He stroked it gently.

"So that's what it is. A feather. What does it do?" Peridot inched closer, her nose nearly touching it.

Steven gave a smirk. "Well, it can give flight... It can make people sneeze... But most importantly..." He raised the feather to touch her nose. "It can tickle!" He wiggled the feather across her nose, making Peridot start to chuckle a little bit.

He dropped the feather and wiggled his fingers, tickling Peridot's body. She fell over laughing and crying at the same time, giving Steven the opportunity to dive in and attack her feet. "I-It's a trap!" She pounded on the floors with laughter, but was able to roll over.

Steven closed his eyes and laughed. Quickly Peridot got on her knees. "I got you Steven! Prepare for uncontrollable laughter!"

She jumped on him, tickling him wherever she could. Steven gasped, which was swiftly followed by him cracking up. Steven managed to use his flimsy arms to tickle her, resulting in a mass of childish gems.

"O-Okay! Haha! St-Stop! Pleeeeaaase!" Steven sputtered out, not tickling Peridot anymore. Peridot stopped and recovered on the floor. She rolled over, finding herself touching noses with Steven.

"Hey there!" Steven cheerfully responded. He giggled right after.

Peridot only stared at him, a blush creeping up to her cheeks. "Oh, h-hey."

"I have another trick up my sleeve," Steven chuckled.

Peridot only stared in silence, her heart pounding. Steven wrapped his arms around her and pulled her closer into a hug-like position. She just stared blankly at him, but soon her gaze softened. She wrapped her arms around his body and nestled her head into his neck. (Wait does he even have a neck XD)

It was the evening now. Amethyst looked away from the setting sun. Where the heck is Peridot and Steven? They must still be in the barn... Amethyst stood up from sitting down on a hill and ran to the barn. She entered inside, blinking her eyes to get used to the darkness. Her eyes adjusted, allowing her to delve further into the building. After thirty seconds of exploring, she finally found the two sitting on a couch. She hid behind some junk, examining their actions. They were talking, however, they were notably blushing. After a few seconds, they pulled into a hug. Amethyst smiled. She knew the feather would help them.
