Chapter 5: The truth is revealed

Leo p.o.v

We just finished practice and we're heading out to go home, when I looked ahead and saw Anto talking to Neymar.  They were both laughing about something that was said and they looked really comfortable with eachother. They have seemed to be getting really close and I'm not sure how I feel about that.

I love Antonella and I don't like te thought of her being with some other man that is isn't me . That's why I have come to the conclusion that I will grow a pair and tell her the truth. No matter if she remembers me or not I have to tell her so I can get this weight lifted off my chest .

If this doesn't work out then I'm just going to have to do all that's in my power to get her to be mine. This time I won't let her slip through my fingers that easily. I won't make the same mistake twice that had me missing her like crazy .

I walked further ahead to where they were standing and as soon as they saw me reaching them they became quiet. I saw them both look at eachother and Neymar give her a look and she nodded. I finally reached them.

"Hey Antonella , hey ney" I said

"Hi Lionel " she said

"Sup Leo " ney said

"Antonella can I speak to you alone for a while?, please " I asked

"Umm, yea sure " she said "bye ney see you later" and gave him a hug

"Alright bye Anto, bye Leo" he said

"Bye ney"I said and with that he left and me Anto were the only two left standing

" do you want to go somewhere more private to talk?" I asked

"Sure I guess" she said

"Ok let's go to my car I guess " I said

"Alright" and we then walked towards my es mf got in and we stayed quiet for a while until I decided to break it

"Okay Antonella I have a confession to make and I'm not sure how your going to react, but I'll still tell you" I said

"Okay but what is this about " she asked

"Well I kind of been hiding something from you , and it's that's I've actually known you my whole life ever since we were introduced when we were about 6 years old and your cousin was my friend and I kept this from you since I saw you again because I thought you wouldn't remember me " i said and I looked at her and her eyes were wide open just like her mouth

" wait so you did remember me?" She asked

"Yea and wait did you remember me too?" I asked

"Yes I did , to be honest I have never forgotten about you I always thought about you and always kept track of how you career was going ever since you left Rosario since you left me " she said sadly

"Anto I have never forgotten you I have always had you on my mind and why didn't you say anything ?" I said

"For the same reason you didn't tell me I was scared on how you would react"

"Well then I'm glad we both remembered eachother because I really missed having you in my life Anto you will never understand how much I love you and always have"I said and immediately covered my mouth because I didn't mean to tell her that I loved her but I guess there is no going back now .

Now is time to get ready for the rejection.

And can we talk about how cute Antonella and Leo looked at the award ceremony . They are like ultimate goals in life. Thiago looked so adorable looking at his dad receiving the award.
