"Sango I promise I was not flirting with those girls" Miroku pleaded.

"I dont want to hear it Miroku" sango argued as they both walked through the door.

"Oh kagome your awake I'm so glad" sango said to her as she gently grasped kagome's tail.

"where did this come from this wasn't here earlier" sango added.

"well I'm not sure where it came from I woke up and it was there" kagome replied.

"interesting well were just glad your ok" miroku smiled.

"yep" shippo beamed Kagome stretched her arms and yawned.

"hey kagome can I talk to you" inuyasha asked.

"umm ok lets go" kagome replied She tried to stand up but weakly fell back on her knee's.

"kagome be more careful" inuyasha said helping her up and on to his back.

He dashed out of the room with kagome clutching his robe, he ran past houses,villagers,trees, and hills.

He stopped when he got to a field with a noble tree standing high and mighty in the middle.

Inuyasha swiftly jumped to the highest branch and sat down with kagome sitting next to him "so whats wrong Inuyasha" kagome asked him as the sun was starting to set.

"Kagome are you still hurting" inuyasha replied.

"oh no i'm fine the pain is gone I feel better then I did before" kagome beamed her ears perked up.

"I'm sorry I wasnt there to protect you" inuyasha said sadly.

"inuyasha its ok you tried your best and for that I'm grateful" kagome reassured him, kagome layed her head on his shoulder.

"even after all that sleep i'm still so tired" kagome yawned, inuyasha put his hand around kagome.

"kagome thank you" inuyasha whispered to quiet for her to hear. Kagome's eyes slowly closed as the sun disapeared behind the hills.
