"What do we do now?" Jimin seemed concernd as Ella came back after calling some of her friends near, thankfully there was still connection, but the power went off, and her friends had informed us, that we probably got in the way of a huge snow fall, which might, or might not, have blocked the door.
"I don't know about you, but I will play with Bean." Taehyung announced. Bean was the name of Ella's cat, it immediately accepted Taehyung as its friends, though sometimes would still hiss at him if he stopped stroking her.
"All we can do is sit and wait." NamJoon sighed and tapped his fingers on the table's surface. We were all gathered around this table in the middle of the cabin with several candles providing us with the light. I put mine on the inner sill hoping that the stars will see their sister's light and help us out.
"I have some board games." Ella said with sparkles in her eyes and stood up going out the room. She came back moments later with a few boxes in her arms. The girl was carrying them like a giant treasure, even though it was just some games to pass time and not die out of bordom.
Ella carefully placed the boxes on the table and watching over us like a hawk let us boys choose whichever game we would prefer to play. Or at least which would we want to play first, because it seemed that there's still a long night ahead of us.
"How about this one Town&Hills?" Yoongi suggested picking out one. I glanced at the game, it didn't look half bad. "Why not this one?" Jin held up 'Rescue the princess' and we all exchanged glances snorting. "Look who spoke." Jimin rolled his eyes receiving a glare from the older. "We'll play this one." He pushed Monopoly in front of us and I saw NamJoon fighting back an urge to rip the game apart.
"What you got there JungKook?" Hoseok questioned and it took me few minutes to realize that the older friend was talking with me. I stared at my hand like seeing it for the first time. My fingers were wraped around some small box with 'Blizzard of stars' written on it. Ella clapped her hands enthusiastically.
"Great choice JungKook!" She compliemneted me, even known I had no idea how that game appeared in my hands I still blushed and Jimin elbowed Taehyung to look at me. Bastard. "This is the question game thought." Ella warned us. "If you're okay with that."
"Of course." Jimin smiled at her widely and I unintentionally cracked my knuckled causing him to laugh harder. Ahh my life.
"Shall we start?" Namjoon asked and held up the first card in front of his eyes. The leader immediately frowned reading the writing and my heart's beat fastened seeing that expression. What was there?
"Do you believe in magic?" Jin peaked at the card above NamJoon's shoulder. "Let's go in the circle." Ella pointed at Hoseok sitting at the right from NamJoon. The guy shrugged and slightly nodded his head, but it was obvious that he doubted it.
Then it was Yoongi's turn, he immediately answered negatively, in which Jimin, Jin and NamJoon himself joined him. Taehyung however answered very sure of his words and Ella just had to agree with him, that magic is real. Then it was my turn. I didn't even feel when it came.
"Magic?" I looked at everyone. They were smiling. I knew that the idea of the game seemed silly for them, but at the same everybody was anticipating. I just didn't have much to say. As soon as Ella's eyes sparkled as stars, I knew the answer. "It's real." I said loud. "If you believe in it." I then added mumbling under my breath.
The boys laughed at me while Hoseok was picking up next card, but I felt someone's eyes on me. I lifted my gaze and it met Ella's stare. She was smiling. Not just politely. Not just teasingly. She was smiling very honestly. That smile told me a lot. That smile made me believe that magic does exist.
