The ultimate couple. Of course, why wouldn't it be? Optimus was the leader of the Autobots. The most famous and popular person on the whole of Cybertron. They were not yet sparkmates but they did love each other. Yet, as Optimus was becoming more and more busy, Elita's spark filled with resentment. She wanted him with her every moment. It came to the point that enough was enough.
"Optimus! Look, you choose. Me, or spending your time away?"
Optimus thought for a moment.
"If you cant handle me being away to help with the war, then we're done. Good bye Elita," Optimus said as he turned around and left her in the darkness.
And that was that. The "ultimate couple" was no more.
