Along green ways...
golden sunlit ways,
follow a whisper breeze unto days end,
there in starlight, high and bright,
run those wild ways at times end.
Seek the last dawn and the new born,
linger in the dream land at worlds end,
sweet there lies the moon pool...
sable shadowed and star cool...
Deep lie the free woods
they are forever your woods
where time ends.

For Sylph, a wild muntjac deer who became my friend for eighteen wonderful months. She was killed in a RTA on the 11th April 2003. I buried her remains in my garden and I still miss her dreadfully.
