*maddie pov*

Ok so i didnt realize we were the only ones at the beach

"jack....why are we the only ones here" i said looking around seeing if there was anyone

"julilans parents own this part" jake said eating his sandwhich

We've been at the beach for like 5 hours and we got here at 10:00 and now its 3:35

I think my chest is a little burnt...great

While i was tanning.there was something or someone blocking the sun

"get out of the way!" i said trying to shoe who everbit was

"aww but if i left we wouldnt be able to talk" the guy said and that guys is chase

"chase...please leave me alone" i said

"look maddie...im sorry about whatever happen at my house but i want to be friends with you ...please just give me a chance.." he said

I got up and looked in his eyes and i saw...sadness..and he didn't seem like he was joking around

I knew that he was serious about being friends "i would love being friends with you" i said smiling

You could see happiness in his eyes...i think i made the right decison

"yessss...thank you! Thank you!... I mean..thats cool" he said scratching his neck

I giggled "well do you want to come in the water with me" he said grabbing my hands

"do i have a choice" i said rasing my eyebrow

In that exact time me grabbed and said "nope"

Seconds later we were in the water..

We played in the water for a long time until mark yelled "come on guys! Were leaving!" me and chase got out and i put a towel around me because i was to lazy to put my clothes on

Me and jack said bye to everyone and got in the car

During the ride jack started a conversation

"so it looked like you and chase are ok?" he said

"yea he apolgize and he seemed serious about it" i said smiling

"well thats good...just know what your getting into" he said like always having that brotherly tone

"i am" is all i said

And those 2 word were so wrong....i didnt know what i was getting myself into...
