chapter 12.

Draco's pov

We sat there talking for hours. She laid in the same position. She laid in between my legs with her back and head on my chest. I kissed her head and said we should get back. She sighed and said yeah. She stood up and than I stood up.

I had a great night. She said and kissed me. I grabbed her waist and pulled her closer to me. I licked her bottom lip for access and she granted. I played with her tongue making her moan.

Don't tease it's not nice. She said through the kiss and I smirked. We soon pulled away breathless. She caught her breathe and grabbed the flower and I walked her to her common room entrance. She leaning up and kissed me one last time and I said night. I went to my common room and it was 3am. Pansy was still up on the couch.

Where were you? She asked and I sighed.

Pansy I don't want to deal with you. Whatever we had is over. I found someone and she's staying so get over it. I said and she ran too her room and I heard crying. I rolled my eyes and went to my room.

Hermione's pov

I walked in the common room and Harry, Ron and Ginny were up. Her eyes went wide and she nudged Harry.

Hey let's go to bed Ron I'm tired and we have early classes. Harry said and I hide.

I'm so stupid. Ron said and I raised an eyebrow.

Why did I break up with her. She's clearly moving on from me. He said and I smirked and nodded to my self.

Well your the one that doesn't want to be tied down Ron. Let Hermione be with someone else that makes her happy. Ginny said and I smiled and thought thank you.

But I still love her. Ron said and I scoffed.

If you love her set her free and if she loves you still she'll come back. Harry and Ginny said and he sighed.

Maybe your right maybe I should let her be with someone else but that don't mean I won't make her jealous. He said and I heard him go upstairs.

It's clear. They whispered and I walked out still smiling and Ginny dragged me to our room.

Well how did it go? She asked and I told her everything. There was a knock and we said password and they said it and Harry walked in.

Did you have a good time and was he a gentleman? He asked I looked Ginny.

He knows who you went out with I calmed him down after I told him. But if he hurts you I gave Harry full permission to hex him. She said and I giggled. I told Harry what I told Ginny and he was happy for me. I changed and went to bed with Draco on my mind.

Thursday.

Precious' pov

I got dressed in a black dress and red heels. I was almost time for me to leave. My friends got permission to skip their last class to come and be at my trial. They won't be able to sit inside with me but they still will be there. Pic above. I went downstairs and saw Draco standing there with black and a red tie.

Twins. I said and he jumped when he heard my voice. I giggled and he looked up.

You look beautiful. He said and I smiled.

It's not to flashy? I asked and he shook his head no. We apparated to the ministry of magic. I saw the Weasley's, Hermione and Potter. Draco went to Hermione and they kissed which Ron looked pissed about.

Miss Malfoy Weasley, we are ready. One of the guys said and I nodded and walked inside. He told me to sit in the chair and I did so.

Hello Miss Weasley. We are here to see if you can keep going to hogwarts for what you did to Delores Umbridge. Do you have anything to add? He said and asked me.

Um yes sir. So the morning I was leaving hogwarts I was cursed. A thousand cuts my enemy shall feel. When I got to the Malfoy Manor. Narcissa had reversed it and she said who had cursed me will feel everything I felt and see. Come to find out by professor Dumbledore and my friends and family saw her go to the hospital wing with the exact wounds. I said and he nodded and started to whisper with his colleagues.

It's come to a decision that your expulsion will be lifted but you are suspended for next week. He said and I nodded.

Your on probation miss Weasley tread lightly. You are free to go. He said and I got up and walked out. My family and friends looked at me.

They lifted my expulsion and I'm just suspended for next week. I said and they all hugged me. I saw that Ron wasn't here.

Where's Ron? I asked and they looked around and didn't she him.

Oh well he was being boring anyways. I said and they laughed. We went to hogsmead three broomstick and sat down and talked. I left shortly after cause I need to get my stuff packed for the week end. I packed everything of Cedric's and snapped my fingers and it was set up in a my new tower I found the day I helped Draco set up for the date. I went to my room and sleep. I woke up to being shake. I opened my eyes to see Lucias.

You were screaming. He said and I sat up.

Just a nightmare of Cedric. It's been almost a year and I still can't get the image of him laying on the ground dead out of my head. I said and he patted my head like a dog.

It will be okay. He said awkwardly making me sigh.

What time is it? I asked and he looked at his watch.

It's noon. He said and I sighed and jumped out of bed.

I'm going to see some friends. I said and he nodded and laughed. I got dressed and went to the Weasley's. I got there and walked in to see them all. I walked over and sat on Fred and Georgie.

Hello to you too. They said and I giggled.

Did yall eat with out me? I asked and they said no. I smiled and saw Mr Weasley shaking his head at me.

What? I asked and he chuckled.

I heard about the suspension. I'm glad you only got suspended. He said and I smiled and said me too.

How are Narcissa and Lucias treating you? He asked and I sighed.

Lucias shows no effort to comfort me. He woke me up today cause I was screaming in my sleep. I told him about the nightmare and he pats my head like a dog. It was so awkward it was unreal. I said and he nodded.

Well your always welcome here Precious. He said and I smiled.

Thanks Mr Weasley. I said and I was stilling laying on Fred and George. That's when they started to tickle me. I giggled uncontrollably that I was crying.

Lunch. Mrs Weasley called and they jumped up making me fall.

Bloody hell. I said with my face on the floor.

Precious why you on the floor? I heard Ron asked and I sighed.

I was laying on Fred and George when mom yells lunch and they jumped up making me fall. I said and got up and dusted my self off. I went next to the twins and slapped the upside the head.

That's for making me fall. I said and rubbed my forehead. Ginny and Harry came down breathless. Ginny was flustered.

You break her heart I'll hurt you Harry. I said and everyone looked up and saw him and Ginny holding hands.

And you deserve a hex for the shit you pulled with Hermione. I hissed and mom and dad asked what happened.

You want me to tell them or shall one of us? I asked and he glared at me earning a smack from Ginny.

He broke up with me cause he didn't want to be tied down. We heard Hermione at the door. I ran and hugged her making her giggle.
