This is on of my Dragon characters.
His name is Kishan and I don't know what species of dragon he is yet but his scales are black and his eyes are an orange-honey-amber color.
This is his dragon form though usually he takes a human form.
Long story short the thing around his neck is enchanted to keep him from using his dragon form. It can be undone but only by certain conditions. (Usually it's only seen in his human form but I wanted to draw a dragon dang it!!! >_< )
