"So what did y'all do last night?" I asked both Tiffanie and Amika as the three of us laid out on our towels catching some tan at the beach.

"Nothing." They both responded, a little too quickly.
"What. Did. Y'all. Do." I asked slowly.
I was simply ignored.
"Fine, don't tell me. I'll be right back I'm going to get another cup." I got up dusting myself off before heading back into the back door of the restaurant/ bar that was we got our food from walking straight up to the bartender.
"Hi can I have three plastic cups please." I asked her politely.
Handing me the cups I thanked her before heading back the way I came.
"Gimme the Apple vodka." I asked Tiff, grabbing the bottle from her I poured myself some mixing it with a drink called boom with had a sweetish taste by it self so the drink mixed the vodka was too good to resist.
"Shoot, I'll be right back guys I forgot the ice." I announced as I stood heading towards the bar.
"Hey sorry to bother you again but can I get a bucket of ice please."
"Nuh mo bucket left." (No more buckets left)
"But I just saw one a minute ago when I came over before."
"It finish now doh." (Doh means Though)
"Okay." I turned to go back to the girls when someone touched my arm.
"Miss.." Turning to look at the person my breathe got stuck he was truly gorgeous in a manly way.
"Yes."
"Yuh caan get sum of Fi mi." (You can get some of mine)
"Huh," I was still new to their language so I didn't get everything he just said.
"Sorry but all I got was you can get."
"Ice? Yuh want some?" He tried a different way to ask.
"Oh yes I do, thank you." He allowed me to put ice in each cup.
"Thank you again." I told him.
"Nuh problem." I was about to walk away when I decided to introduce myself properly it's the least I could do right?
"Um I'm Patricia."
"Rohan." He replied taking a sip from his cup.
"Nice to meet you."
"Likewise."
"Okay well bye." When I turned to leave he spoke.
"Du yuh want to link up lata?" ( Do you want to meet up later)
