Katie was sitting in Steve's office, waiting for him, Danny, Lou, and Chin to come back with her sisters. He had left her with Kono, saying he would be back as soon as he found them.
"Can I get you something to drink?" Kono asked her.
"No." Katie replied timidly.
"Okay, just let me know if you need anything."
The silence was broken when the sound of a baby crying resounded through the room. Katie ran into the main area to see Steve walk in with her eleven year old sister Sadie 's hand in his. Her caramel blonde hair was a mess, and she looked like she had been crying. Chin and Lou followed, each holding hands with one of the twins. Danny brought up the rear, holding Lilly in his arms as she cried. As Katie stood there, she started to feel very weak. Steve let go of Sadie and caught her as she start to fall.
"You're okay." He said, putting one arm around her back and the other under her knees, lifting her off of the floor. "Let's get you girls to the hospital, and get you checked out."
