(3rd Person POV)
The Hood, Transom and Mullion walked through the facility grounds until they made their way up to a metal door of the main building,
"the override should have disengaged all the locks" Transom says as the Hoods eyes glow and the door slides open
"lets move, Transom make sure that Activation Key is ready" the Hood says as they enter and make their way through the corridors of the facility
"is there a specific target we're aiming at?" Mullion questions
"no Mullion, the missiles stored at this facility are very special" Hood states
"how special?" Mullion questions
"they have built in randomizers, each and every one of them, the target isn't determined until they are within the target countries territorial sea border" Hood explained as they entered a room full of computers
"so no one will know where they will hit" Mullion says
"correct, now Transom insert the Activation Key" the Hood orders
"yes sir" Transom says walking over to on the computers and turning it on before pulling the Activation Key out of a hidden area of her suit and inserting it into the USB drive of the computer,
Launch Command Activating...

Preparing Nuclear Arsenal...
The computer announces as the Hood smirks as his plan fell into place,
"Mullion locate our main objective" the Hood orders
"right a way" Mullion states before turning and leaving the room
"Transom, connect to the flyer and use the override codes on the global communications grid, I have a message for the world" the Hood orders as Transom gets to work,
Connecting To GDF Flyer 1139...
Connection Established.
Confirming Unknown Code...
Code Authorized... Commencing GDF Communications Override.
The computer announces making the Hood once again smirk,
"Now we begin" the Hood states as a small camera rises from the computer monitor and most of the screens display the Hood.

(Scott's POV)
As I was in route to Russia, John and I were going through what we should do about the Hood and his intentions and what to do about it,
"so the GDF have been alerted?" I ask
"they have, they're sending two Flyers into the area while you guys deal with the monorail" john explains
"that's good, but will they get there in time?" I question
"we can hope" John answers when the communications link turns to static,
Communications Override.
Thunderbird 1s computer states as I try to get back in contact with Thunderbird 5 when the Hood appears on my communications display,
"Now that I have your attention, you have by now you all witnessed Fireflashes sudden failures, this was only the beginning, If the GDF and International Rescue do not cater to my demand then the world will see the biggest disaster in living memory, if you put your trust in them, then you will come to regret it" the Hood states before the display returns to John,
Communications Restored.
The computer states as I look over at John who has a bit of fear in his eyes,
"John?" I ask
"Our systems got pinged with his demand" John answers
"what is it?" I ask
"he wants the location of something called Project: Crystal Cut" John answers as Virgil, Alan and Gordon join the communications link
"what's Project: Crystal Cut?" Gordon questions
"it's the name of that weapon in the Russian Facility" Alan answers
"but if he's already there then why is he asking for its location?" Virgil questions
"the GDF wouldn't make it easy to find something like that in a highly secure facility, my guess is this is a way to find it faster" John guesses
"so what if he doesn't get what he wants he's going to nuke a city?" Gordon questions
"I think that's exactly what he plans to do" I say
"get to the monorail, I'll talk to the GDF, Thunderbird 5 out" John says ending the link
"lets hurry then" I say ending the link on my end before going to maximum thrust to get the danger zone faster.

(John's POV)
As I was about to call through to the GDFs Headquarters I get a call from an office in London that isn't in International Rescues records,
"Lady Penelope to International Rescue" I hear over as I answer the call
"Lady Penelope, did you need assistance?" I ask
"not at all, but I did see the Hoods broadcast" Lady Penelope answers
"so the whole world saw that" I state
"indeed, I'm currently at a GDF field office in North London and it doesn't look good" Lady Penelope says
"what do you mean?" I ask
"From the demand that was given, the GDF know where the Hood is but they don't want risk an all out nuclear catastrophe" Lady Penelope explains
"we can't let the Hood have that thing" I state " can you get them to stall him?" I ask
"I can try but I don't know how much I can do, and with the whole world now looking to both the GDF and International Rescue, the GDF wants to defuse the situation" Lady Penelope explains
"don't they see that they're playing into the Hoods hands, he could launch those things when ever he wants" I say
"I'll try to get them to stall the Hood" Lady Penelope says " what will you do though?" she asks
"if we can at least break the launch systems, then there will be no way for the Hood to use those weapons" I explain
"break the launch systems?" Lady Penelope questions
"the Hood's using what he stole from Tracy Enterprises to achieve this but Brains has the code to create an override to the Hoods override, if we can feed it into the launch systems then we might be able to disable the Hoods access to the system" I explain
"that's a big if John" Lady Penelope states
"I know but all we need is a chance, we can't give the Hood what he wants" I state
"alright John, leave it with me, Lady Penelope out" she says ending the call and so I get back to monitoring the situation since Lady Penelope was dealing with the GDF, the Hood could not win.

The Hood smirked at the screens in front of him, with Mullion searching the facility and the GDF and International Rescue dealing with the aftermath of the broadcast all he had to do was wait for either source to give the location of the weapon,
"everything is falling into place, the GDF and International Rescue are predictable" the Hoods says looking at his work "Transom, prepare our get away for when we have the laser" the Hood orders
"right a way sir" Transom says before typing away at the launch computer, everything was fall into place and a Hood had fallen over the world.
