Tracy Island.
(Alan's POV)
Brain's had started on the bypass code using code from International Rescue servers and John and I had begun to try and gain access to the Launch Computer which we could see was already in its launch countdown, I was able to pull up the countdown timer and now all of us were working against the clock to stop the launch from occurring. We had 19 minutes to get the code finished and transmitted to Virgil or Scott so they could remotely use it to disable the launch, our job had turned from making sure a launch didn't happen to preventing a launch from occurring,
"the launch computer is locking out Tracy Island" I state
"it's doing the same to Thunderbird 5" John says
"I guess our only hope is the bypass code" I say
"hopefully Brain's won't be long" John says
"hopefully" I say " is there a way to know where the nukes could strike?" I ask
"not with the onboard randomisers, with those in every missile we won't know the target until its off the coast of a country and by then it will be to late" John explains
"what if we did something to stop it though?" I question
"what did you have in mind?" John asks
"what if we use Thunderbird 2 and 3" I state as I bring up information on the nuclear weapons that are stored in the facility
"that would be only plausible if there was only one missile but we have a whole facility full about to fire" John explains
"but it would work right?" I ask
"yes it would, the magnetic - grapples would be just the thing and Thunderbird 3 would be able to get a missile past it's safety altitude which would trigger its emergency fail safe detonation" John explains before an alert grabs our attention.

The alert gives us some relief as it looks as though Lady Penelope was able to get the GDF to hold off on giving into the Hood although obviously that was to late of a decision, it also showed that the world had calmed down from its rising issues, America had stopped rioting and Pacific nations had reopened their borders to the world, European nations still maintained their increased police force but now only to make sure there wasn't any rioting,
"looks like the worlds calmed down" I say
"has it now?" John questions
"yes, and Lady P has, although its late, she has managed to get the GDF to not give the Hood what he wants" I explain
"somehow I think he already has Project: Crystal Cut" John says
"no kidding" I remark looking over the monitors, as I continue to try and properly access the launch computer but before I can properly get back to it Brains enters Command and Control with what looks like a flash drive in his hand.

Brains places the flash drive in front of me before sitting down and typing away on another monitor,
"t..that is t..the B..Bypass Code" Brains states "Inserting t..the flash drive w..will prompt y..you to upload it to T..Thunderbird 1" Brains explains as I pick up the flash drive and insert it into the USB drive next to the monitor i was using,
USB Device Detected.
Data Drive: INTERNATIONAL RESCUE BYPASS CODE Connected.
Awaiting Command Upload Prompt...
Command Upload Prompt Activated.
Uploading to Thunderbird 1...
Total Upload Status: 2%
The computer states as the same information appears on screen in front of me and the upload status begins to climb at a fast pace.

10%
20%
35%
45%
50%
65%
The upload status reads as I see John and Brains typing away but before I can ask what they are doing, John answers the unasked question for me,
"we need to send Scott easy access to the Launch Computer" John states
"r..right, or he won't b..be able to remotely upload t..the code" Brains says
"exactly" John says
75%
86%
91%
97%
99%
100%
Upload Completed.
The upload status reads which gives me some relief as I look up from the monitor and see John looking back at me,
"hows the upload going Alan?" John asks
"the upload is complete John" I answer
"alright if this works then we might really need Thunderbird 3, I'm transferring what I've completed to Brains" John says
"what for?" I ask
"I'm going to prep Thunderbird 3 for the manoeuvre we're about doing if the bypass code succeeds" John explains before standing up
"J..John, I have received the data you sent" Brains says
"F.A.B Brains, I'm heading to Thunderbird 3 to prepare to detach from Thunderbird 5" John says before leaving and heading in the direction o the airlock, leaving Brains and I to get the remote upload data to Thunderbird 1.

Thunderbird 5.
(John's POV)
After leaving the main hub room I made my way down the corridors and towards the airlock that leads to Thunderbird 3, walking up to the door I type the access key into a keypad next to the door before it opens allowing me to enter. Before I could could enter I had to go through pressure equalisation which with the technology Brains had invented didn't take as long as it would normally take on other satellites like the International Space Station, the World Wide Space Station and the Orbital Global Viral Pathogens Station as well as the Orbital Global Seed Vault, so to put it simply it was about a minute or two before I enter Thunderbird 3 which once I could I made my way to the pilots seat.

Thunderbird 3.
Unfortunately before I could properly disconnect Thunderbird 3 from Thunderbird 5 I had to make sure that the magnetic - grapple on board was set and properly functional,
"Thunderbird 3 to Tracy Island" I state over the communications link
"Tracy Island here" Alan answers
"I'm going to make sure the magnetic - grapple is working properly which shouldn't take long and than I'll be on my way back to earth" I state starting the system scan
"F.A.B, the remote upload access information has been sent to Thunderbird 1 and Brains is currently contacting Scott to let him know" Alan explains
"make sure Virgil is also aware of what could be our stupidest rescue idea yet" I state
"it's not stupid John, we did something like this before remember" Alan says
"how can I forget, Fireflash version 1 in the Arctic Circle" I say
"why didn't we take it to Antarctica?" Alan asks
"I don't know but it looks like everything is in working order here, so I'll be in route soon, Thunderbird 3 out" I say ending the communication link and I begin to turn on Thunderbird 3s launch systems and to disconnect Thunderbird 3 from the docking clamps holding it to Thunderbird 5.
