Nidoqueen. I know that Nidoqueen is not a Dragon Type Pokemon, but if you have ever used a Nidoqueen, then you would know what I am talking about.
A good moveset for a Nidoqueen would be Ice Beam, Earthquake, Sludge Bomb, and Rock Smash.

The image shows Gary's Nidoqueen from Ash's adventures in Kanto and Johto. I think that the only reason that Gary had his Nidoqueen learn Rock Smash was the battle against Ash in the Johto League.
