• Feel free to use this as your personal fitness guide / health guide and use it anytime you please.
• First of all, I do not believe in anyone being the "right size". I'm all for being body positive. We will get to that later as well. But, being healthy (eating right ) and working out can be a great way to relieve stress and give you higher confidence. The purpose of this chapter is not to get you to loose weight but to keep you busy and healthy. Healthy means happy. Also, a form of anorexia nervosa is working out too excessively and I would not want to support anyone doing that. So work out if you want and on a minimum amount of times. I don't know if it's just me but I find it addicting so be careful.

• Choose the way you want to work out based on what you like. You might have to sample different ways to find which you like. For example, I personally enjoy hardcore workouts so I run and do core, legs and muscle builds. Another person might enjoy more of a relaxing style, so they would do yoga or walk or any other calm workouts that are meditating or building. Those are the two ways to work out: Hardcore or Relaxing. Here's some tips I whipped up for each styles.

-And next, running can be intense and is used for hardcore workouts. But first you should make sure you're doing it properly. Here's another thing I learned from Pinterest that I found helpful as well:
- Don't run too close to the front of the treadmill.
- Don't look down at the belt.
-  You should land on the upper part of foot, instead of heel.
- Do not purposefully change your stride.
- Do not settle back on your hips.

Second: Relaxing Workouts:
They call it relaxing workouts for a reason. If you literally are relaxing but wanna put some effort into your body health, then try doing yoga in your own bed. Yep, that's right. I said it. Check this out I downloaded from Pinterest:

Eating Right.
It's difficult. Near impossible for some people. I'm still fighting my addiction to greasy foods. But you really do feel better when you eat good. Mentally and physically. It can depress your mood when you eat unhealthy. Would you think I'm ridiculous if I said there's such thing as healthy but tasty? Here's some meals and snacks I got from  Pinterest that you've gotta try:
1) Blueberry Protein Yogurt Bites
