CHAPTER 3

~Johnnie's p.o.v ~
~early that morning~

I woke up and had an uncomfortable chill. I had a dream about Kyle.

I got ready for school again and headed out. Before I left I heard my parents arguing. I cried and ran all the way to school. Luckily it was cold out so I could blame the redness on my face from the cold.

~Kyle's p.o.v ~

I was walking up the street and saw the one from my dream running. I started running to catch up with him.

I was able to catch up to him and saw water come from under his long bangs.

"What's wrong?" I asked

"Nothing I'm just...sweaty" he lied

"Ok" I covered it up. We walked the rest of the way to School in silence.

At school we walked to class together. It was new and weird. In class there was nothing but silence.

"Hey ...so .... what's your name?" I asked

"Johnnie..." he mumbled

I smiled and said

"That's a nice name"

He blushed and looked down.

~Kyle's p.o.v ~
~The end of the day~

I was walking with Johnnie on the wat home. We laughed at stupid jokes and the funny parts of today.

"I turn here" I softly spoke

"Ok I'll see you later" he said

I opened the door and heard my parents fighting again. They are both drunk. I quietly made my way to my room and cried.
