"Don't shoot! Don't shoot! Hold your fire, I'll get him!"

The NCIS agent sprinted down the street after the fleeing suspect, panting soon from the 'light jog' as his boss at once put it during a training exercise. But he still kept his pace, which was getting him closer to the suspect as he, in return, slowed down from tiredness.

"Stop! NCIS!" The agent yelled, and the suspect seemed to want to lose him even faster as he quickly turned a corner, but the agent kept up luckily.

It wasn't until they got in an alley way when the suspect decided to change the game.

Without warning, the man spun around while pulling something out of his jacket.

The agent put his hands in front of him as a sudden bang went off, quickly followed by another one. The agent yelped in pain as the suspect suddenly lunged at him with the weapon he fired with and swung at him.

And the last thing the agent saw was the butt of the pistol lashing out at him.
