Years later, 'The Aviator' was a movie I was proud of being part of. I wore a nice trench coat and things immediately started taking off.
Oops... Not really, 'cause I lost. Again.
Over the last 12 years, I had been perfecting the art of looking damn good after an Oscar failure though. Look how well I concealed it this time.
It just wasn't as good as the actual winner obvs.
Best actor that year was Jamie Foxx, who was nominated for his leading role in "Ray", but I was the one who didn't see it coming.
Well deserved, Jamie. This heart-break was nothing compared to my first one. You mean nothing to me. NOTHING.
The bright side? At least my movember moustache is on fleek.
