Chapter 2

Celestine

We made our way to history class and we sat down at our usual seats and I was between taking notes and playing on my cell during the lecture. We only had maybe two weeks til the spring semester was over and it was time for summer break.

Me and Avery had so much planned for summer. For one I was turning 22 in July and I was having a party for that courtesy of my dad who I would be staying with during the break because my mom couldn't be bothered by my childish dreams.

Which is whatever because I loved being with my dad. Avery would be by my side for pretty much the whole summer. She was gonna be gone for a month to see her small family then come to my dads house.

Then we'd be able to have loads of summer fun and then in a few days after my birthday we'd be going to see One Direction. Which is a present my dad had gotten me for Christmas last year and he got me the best package deal which had Backstage passes and front row seats.

Just the thought of seeing my lovely Harry Styles had me smiling and missing most of the lecture. But I didn't really care I had one of the highest grades in this class and most likely I wouldn't have to do the final.

The class started getting up and I put my things away and got up and saw Avery in the hall waiting on me.

"Did you miss the whole lecture?" She asked.

"Well I got pieces of it I was thinking about our summer plans".

"I know but we still have two weeks til our summer starts."

"Ugh I know but I mean maybe with his high my grades are in most of my classes I won't have to take the final".

"Maybe anyone let's head to the lab. Your gonna need to copy these notes and work on our paper".
