When I was finished telling the guys what happened between me and Avery, obviously not the kissing part and whatnot but the conflict with Ed, they stared at me, mouth opened wide and eyes wide.
"So he really called her that?" Harry said, with clenched teeth.
I nod, "Harry just be careful of what you're saying to Ave's" I said, as I saw Harry standing up and getting ready to go to her room. As Harry left I closed the waiting room quietly and turned back to Louis, Niall, and Liam.
"Guys I want to discuss something with you."
**Harry's POV**
I was standing outside of Avery's door, taking in deep breaths. Controling the anger that was boiling inside of me. I sighed and walked through the door to see Avery's face still red and puffy.
"Avery wha-" I got interuppted by Avery running into my chest, and hugging me like she was never going to let me go.
"You guys took to long." She said into my chest. We stood there, her head on my shoulder, and my chin resting ontop of head. It felt like if we moved, we would ruin the moment. We just stood there, hugging eachother.
"Sorry" I murmured into Avery's head.
I felt Avery grip on my shirt changed like she was afraid, afraid of losing me. Her grip tightened and then it relaxed.
"Are you oka-"
"Shhhh" Avery said.
She looked up to me and I saw something in her eyes. It was only there for a little while than within a blink it disappeared.
"Don't leave me Harold..." She whispered.
"I won't, I promise" I said, as I kissed her softly on her lips. Her lips were soft against mine.
"Harry" She said into my shirt as she lowered her head. I felt her tears soaking my shirt. She stopped and looked up at me. She wiped her tears with the back of her sleeve and sniffled. Avery grabbed my hand and brought me to the window. She stood at the window and watched as the sun began to set. I joined her wrapped my hands around her waist, and nuzzled my head in her neck. I felt Avery shiver and giggled.
"You curls tickle Harold." Avery said as she turned around. I closed the gap between us and pushed her body against mine's. She layed her head on my chest as we stared at the sunset.
"Harry" She said once again. "Promise me something?" Avery said as she looked up at me.
"What is it Ave's" I said, pushing a strand of hair behind her ear.
"If you come to a point in life where you have to choose between a girl and your friends, pick your friends, the girl is not worth it. Not even if she is me" Avery said, with glossy eyes.
I wanted to promise her, but I loved her to much to pick my friends over her. She was way different than other girls I met. But Louis,Liam, Niall and Zayn were my best buds.
"I-I Can't" I said, as I nuzzled my head in her neck. Avery pushed me away, and took a step back.
"Harry. You have to. It's important to me." She said, crossing her arms.
"Why is it so impor-"
"Just promise me." She interuppted.
"Fine. I promise." I muttered.
"Good" Avery said as she slid into my arms. She wrapped her arms around my neck, while I pulled her in closer. As I bent down to place a kiss on her lips, her finger was on my lips.
"Nuh-Uh" Avery said, as she shook her head.
I curled my lip and batted my eyes.
"Nope" Avery said.
