Lauryn's pov
I wake up and see that Anze was still sleeping and I didn't want to wake him since he had a game today, I look at the clock and see its 7:21 and his practice wasn't till 10 so why not let him sleep
I get up and go down stairs and sit in the couch and put in a kids show mostly because I was super bored and I have something to do
I hear my stomach grumble, I was really hungry, I look at the clock 9 Anze would be getting up soon so why not get him so breakfast as well, I start making eggs
I feel hands wrap around my waist and kisses on my neck going up and down "morning beautiful" he says between each little kiss "hey handsome" I say and ten around and put my arms around his neck, I give him w little quick kiss and get back to cooking
"You should sit down cause breakfast is ready" I say
I grab two plates and put eggs on it and hand it to Anze and we both start eating
He looks at the clock "I should get going he says as he finishes his eggs, I nod "have fun" I say and give him one last kiss
Anze pov
I grab my hockey bag and he's din the door with one quick kiss, I head to the arena
I met Tanner by the door "Hey bud" I say "what's up" he says
We talk as we walk to the dressing room, once we get inside we head different ways, I say a seat and start getting ready knowing I'm just 2 minutes late but I always get dressed quick
Coach comes in 2 minutes early and I'm still not ready yet "you late again Anze" he says and shakes his head, I look up to see everyone looking at me "rough morning" I answer "2 more laps than everyone else's" he says, I look down and nod
Everyone heads out and goes on the ice, I tie up my last skate and head out with them, I do 3 laps plus 2 more
We all go in the circle and listen to coach
After practice was done coach wanted to talk to all of us before the game against the capitals, including when was done talking to the team he came to me
"Please don't be late to the game" he says and walks away I shake my head
I get undressed, I was the 3rd last person in the dressing room, I'm usually the 2nd one out of the dressing room, bad morning but it's okay
I head home and grab my bag and put it in the closet and go to Lauyrn "Babe I'm home" I call, I see she's on the couch sleeping
I shrug and go up stair, maybe I just need a good sleep to wake me up and get ready for the game
I feel someone on me as I get shook awake "your going to be late" she yells, I bolt up and get ready and head down stairs "go, go I got to get ready I'll met u there" I ran and speed off to the Arena
I speed off to the room and get there just in time
It was finally time to hit the ice
-2nd period of the game-
We were tied 2-2, he caps have a breakaway and score "it's okay god we will get it back" I yell
-3rd period of the game-
Tanner had a breakaway and scored, we all got together o hug "good job tanner boy" I say
We all switch to the bench, it was a few minutes and they scored, we had more shots and we had to pull Jonathan, I head out of the ice
The puck come to our net I skate towards it but it goes in "fuck" I mumble
The buzzer goes off and we lost
We shake hands and the coach didn't come in I grab my things for and head home "babe you did great it's just a loss is okay" she says I nod and breathe "your right" I say, she smiles and hugs me
