S U N F L O W E R S : flowers of pure thoughts.

Can i just stay here with the sun,
As It gently touches my skin.
Painting it with honey coloured rays.
Can i just lie here,
Where the wind is warm and wistful.
As sunflowers grow around me,
I'll make up stories out of the clouds,
Watching the birds fly to brighter places.

And when its night i'll greet the mellow moon,
We'll talk for hours.
He'll drop his silver words from above,
Like shooting stars in slow motion.
And i'll wish upon the shimmering streaks
Just in case they may come true.
The moon tells me that's just a myth
But still i use all chances to wish for you

So i'll just stay here
In this garden
Where it feels so wonderful to be so small.
Here i have time to think and sleep
time to wait and love
And to make mistakes.
