Jasons pov

When we got to Nashville I dropped the load off at the dealership and then went to my house.

"so what's your story what happened that day" I asked her, she took a deep breath and started talking

"it was a normal summer day we were going to the lake and daddy was yelling at me because I was misbehaving and he wasn't paying attention and we went head on into a concreat wall, they died instantly and I had a few broken bones and cuts. It's my fault that they're dead" she said crying I wrapped my arms around her

"shh its not your fault don't ever think that it was your fault" I said hugging her.

Once she calmed down I told her that she could stay here as long as she needed

"I'll take care of you, you won't be alone anymore" I said

"thank you" she said hugging me. That night we went to eat and then she went to sleep in the guest room and I went to my room. Tomorrow I'm gonna go to the court house and sign papers. I'm gonna give this little girl a better life.
