*Melissa POV (Kalani's Mom)
When I heard Kalani running and crying, I knew she heard us. When me and my new ex-husband finished arguing, I thought that I needed to talk to her. But, when I came to her door, it was locked. So I used the spare key above the doorway🔑. When I came in, I saw a note taped to her mirror. It said 'Why would you do this. I hate you both. I hope you both are happy... I ran away. Hate-Kalani.' It broke my heart. My little girl who I lived to see everyday was gone. Maybe I should text her. I knew she couldn't forget her phone, so I texted her ,"You aren't the reason we were arguing. I decided to tell your father something. I told him that I think you should lay off the chores. So then he thought that we were talking about you so then he said that he cheated on someone just because she had the perfect daughter. Please come home."
*Kalani POV
As I was walking down the street, my phone buzzed and it was my mom. So when she texted me, I simply said,"Too BAD.:/"
