•Niall's POV•
I can't believe that Liam and I are going to get coffee. He may or may not of surprised me as I came out of the shower. He was right when he said he wanted to spend more time with me. I bet that guy Zayn isn't even good to him. It seems as if they are a bit distant and they don't really act like a couple even if they do live together and share practically everything.
I drive to the coffee shop and arrive around 10:51 AM. I open the door and try to find that bearded sweetheart that called me to meet up. I walk in and see Liam just sitting there with his hands on his chin and reading a newspaper.
Seriously? Who reads a newspaper? I honestly think that the newspaper company stopped selling to be honest but I guess not. I decided to wear my glasses today since I felt like a hipster today when I woke up.
I walk slowly behind Liam and tap his shoulder. He turns around and I smile.
He grins, gets up and hugs me. "I'm so glad you could make it. Please, sit." He says as he lets go of me and I take my seat.
I awkwardly put my hands on my lap and just sit there.
He smiles and asks me what kind of coffee I prefer.
"I really like a caramel one. Any with caramel in it please." I answer and he nods.
"I think I'll get the same actually. I'm glad that we share a common interest which is the same coffee flavor." He joked and I chuckle.
After two hours of laughing and exchanging jokes to each other is when Liam's phone rings.
He sighs and rolls his eyes and it makes me chuckle. He gets it from his pocket and looks at the caller ID and scoffs. He places it on the table but screen down.
I look at him and he puts his face in his hands. I look down at me hands which are grasping the coffee cup tightly. "Are you alright? You seem like the person who's calling you is really boiling your blood." I guess and he looks at me and smiles a bit.
"Nah. I'm alright. It's just Zayn but there isn't really anything to do except act like everything good and dandy which it isn't. He just needs to be completely honest and tell me before I get all bat shit crazy and almost kill him." He states and my eyes widen.
"Is it that serious?" I ask and he just nods slowly.
We get up and start walking to the exit.
"I had a really good time Niall. Hopefully we can do this more often and in different places. I wanted to come here and forget about it all but I guess it's something that is always gonna be somewhere. I guess this is goodbye. For now." He laughs and I chuckle.
"I had a really amazing day with you. In all honesty, I didn't have anything to do and I really don't regret saying yes." I smile and he grins.
"Bye Niall."
"Bye." I say and he just embraces me and kisses the side of my head.
He grabs my hand and gives it a squeeze and walks to his car.
Liam's POV
I smile at myself as I get into my car and drive back the the house. I can't believe that I shared more than I wanted with Niall but I really don't regret it one bit. He was there when Zayn wasn't and he never lied to me like Zayn did. I park in the driveway and walk into the house.
I go upstairs and find Zayn sitting on the bed with his head in his hands.
I slowly walk over and sit beside of him.
"Are you cheating on me?" He quickly asks and I literally stop breathing but my heart quickens and beats way faster at the same time. He looks at me with red and teary eyes.
I look at him, get up and almost walk out the door.
"Yes." I answer and close the door and I can hear Zayn's cries and whimpers from the other side of the door.
