The moment today's episode ended, I felt the need to write this.
I hope you enjoy.

{Third Person P.O.V}

Katelyn had finally awoken. Aphmau nearly yelled her ear off. We all understood it was because she was worried. We all were worried. It had been hours since the encounter with Ivy, and Katelyn was hurt because of it.

Her arms was twisted and broken when we brought her up to the treehouse. Aphmau managed to heal her, but she still didn't awaken until much later.

Aphmau would stand at Katelyn's bedside as long it would take for her to be okay. You told her countless times that Katelyn would be fine, and is just resting. Countless times, Aphmau told you that it didn't matter to her. She needed to know that she was okay. You sat on a crate, close enough to the bed where the blue hair woman laid.

Eventually, Aphmau resorted to calling Katelyn's name over and over. It didn't help. You were about to tell her to stop, but that's when Katelyn groaned.

Relieved, you sighed and went deep into your thoughts. You blocked everything out. You concentrated on nothing, and everything. Everyone had seen you do this before. You had a special ability to sense the world around you. Almost like, predicting when good or bad things were coming.

Eventually, Aphmau's and Katelyn's conversation became distant. Closing your eyes, you tried to see anything of danger. Any information of Ivy, Tula, or anything out of the ordinary.

At first, you saw nothing. It was like everything had just stopped. Then an image started to appear in your mind. You nearly gasped, but help your mouth shut so not to break concentration.

It was of Aaron.

The stranger, as he had preferred at, stood strong. You had grown to love the mysterious man. It hadn't been intentional, but you couldn't stop the feelings you had for him. You both had been broken people. You help one another to try and get over whatever heartache we each had.

You could see Aaron standing in front of the man clocked in black robes and a mask over his mouth. A purple sort of virus was wrapping around Aaron's body. It was slowly consuming him. He held an orb in his hand, making sure to keep it from Zane's hands.

You had learned long ago that the evil one's name was Zane, and he was the demonic brother of Garroth. Garroth had been your dearest friend back in O'khasis. Your only friend. Once you heard news of his "death," you left the large village in tears. Eventually, that's how you stumbled into Phoenix Drop and back into your beloved best friend.

Suddenly, someone yelling from beside you nearly broke the vision of Aaron. You recognized the voice and that it belonged to Travis. You could hear both Aphmau and Katelyn 'shh' him. He shut up after that. You hadn't even noticed that all three of them were staring at you, not daring to speak. They all had worried faces. They could see your expression of worry and fright on your face.

The last time someone broke your concentration during a vision Levin, Malachi, and Zoey got kidnapped. You went able to reach them in time, because you didn't know where they had last been.

Aaron held Zane by his throat, making sure not to loose his grip. You listened to their brief conversation as best as you could. You had never try to keep focused on a vision for so long, and this was slowly draining you. You had to keep watching.

"-You'll kill us both!"

"Good."

The fragment in Aaron's hand began to glow. It got extremely bright, and very hard to see. You could see how using the orb was draining the one you loved. It was killing him. You could feel a part of the pain Aaron was receiving in your heart, but you ignored it. You only heard Aaron's last few words.

"I love you, (Y/N)."

Zane screamed as the power began to consume him as well. Not even his Jury of Nine form could protect him from this amount of power.

Then, Aphmau shook you out of the deep trance. You could feel your strength beginning to grow again, and the tears slipping down your face. You hadn't cried since the day you thought Garroth had died.

"No!"

"(Y/N)! What's wrong? What did you see!?"

"Aaron-"

Then the explosion went off.

---

You and Aphmau bolted from the treehouse. Levin joined along side us. Running as fast as you could, which was faster than her, you went towards the direction of the explosion. You silently prayed to Irene that the love of your life wasn't...gone. You heart started to grow heavy, and a terrible feeling was admitting from your stomach.

You ran into the clearing to see a giant crater. Fire was burning all around and trees had fallen over. In the mist of it all, stood Garroth. A gasp escaped your lips, which caused him to turn and face you.

"Garroth!"

Aphmau ran over to him in the blink of an eye and fell into his arms. Tears of happiness were beginning to form in the conner of her eyes.

"How did you get back?" You asked, carefully approaching the man in front of you.

He hesitated, and then looked down at the ground.

Laying there, was a red bandana.

Garroth bent down and picked in up. Brushing the dirt off of it, he slowly came to you. Aphmau put her hands over her mouth, and her tears soon flowed faster. Garroth handed you the bandana, and looked you in the eye.

"(Y/N)...I'm sorry." His voice cracked as he spoke.

You simply said nothing.

You suddenly knew how Aaron had felt for all this time. The burden of knowing that the one you love, is dead. The thought of never getting to see their radiant smile, or wondrous laughter ever again.

In a way, you knew this was your fault. You had told Aaron that getting your best friend out of the Irene dimension was your top priority. Just like everyone else. He gave up his life to save Garroth, and he got himself killed. All to make you happy.

You looked at the last piece of evidence of the man you love. Your hair fell in front of your face, hiding your eyes. The tears flowed down faster and fell onto the bandana. You began to weep, gasping for air as if the wind was knocked out of you. Not caring anymore, you cried. You cried in front of the people you had never wanted to see you cry.

You're grip on the red bandana became tighter.

You shut your eyes tight, and flung your head towards the sky.

And you screamed.
