Tayeisha POV

"Oh my gosh your ring is huge. Like I could buy a house with this. Now there's no denying that your man got Guap. I need me one of him." Brit gushed over my ring.

I want to tell her so bad that she comes off a bit thirsty and as a gold digger but I don't think it would really change anything. She's looking for someone to pay her bills and she's made that clear.

"Not everything is about money. I don't care about how big my ring is because what matters is that I have a healthy relationship." I said. Things can be easily lost and replaced but really loving someone is a rare thing that you can't buy.

"So you should help me by hooking me up with one of his friends do that I can find that type of love. I can love him and the ring to." She laughed. I slightly chuckled and rolled my eyes on the low.

"Anyways, I'm actually really hungry right now. I haven't eaten all day because this wedding is like 3 weeks away and there's still a lot to do." I whined. I'm so stressed and Zeon keeps telling me to chill out but it's hard.

"Babe!" I heard Zeon yell. He's home early.

I got up from the couch and met him in the foyer. I smiled once I saw the food in his hand. It's like he can read my mind.

"Baby!" I squealed and stood up on my tip toes to wrap my arms around his neck. He bent down and placed a soft kiss on my lips.

"I got us some Chinese food." He said. I'm the happiest woman on earth right now.

"Yay! Oh, Brit is here." I notified him.

"Tell her to leave. She be up in my house to much." He mumbled. I chuckled and pushed him playfully.

"Hey that's my friend." I said.

"That's coo or whatever but next time, go to her house." He said. He walked around me and down the hall to the kitchen.

I walked back into the living room and Brit was texting away on her phone. I swear, this girl and her phone are  inseparable I hope you're going to the coach and laid back down in the position I was in before. Brit looked at me and then back at her phone.

"Brit, would you mind going home and we can talk tomorrow? I kind of want some alone time with Zeon." I said as nicely as possible.

"Ugh, I'm gonna be mad bored though. Can't y'all chill together later?" She whined.

"Brit that's just dumb. Go home please. We can talk another day." I said. She sighed all loud and dramatic but packed up her stuff and left.

Don't get me wrong, Brit is a good friend but she gets so clingy when she doesn't have a boyfriend. I'm getting married in a few weeks so I will no longer be able to be her wheelchair every time her relationship ends.

"Now it's just you and me." Zeon came with our food and I immediately took my plate from him.

"This is so good." I moaned, taking my first bite of my food.

"Babe, you good? You're acting like as if you've never seen food before." He chuckled. I'm enjoying this food to care about what he's saying.

"Baby," I started. "My dress is ready next week and I can't wait to try it on. I just feel bad that it cost so much and you paid for it." I said. He looked at me as he chew his food then smirked.

"You're cute when you got that apologetic look on your face. Your eyes get doughier and your mouth slightly pouts." He pointed out. "Don't worry about your dress. As long as you look as beautiful as you want to then my wallet doesn't have a limit." He said. I swear my heart is fluttering right now.
