Lucy sat on the bed, crying at the infirmary room while Erza, Levy and Lisanna tried to comfort her. "Lu-chan...." Levy rubbed Lucy's back to comfort her.

"Do you have any idea why Juvia left? Crying?" Erza asked as she stood tall with her arms crossed in front of Lucy while Lisanna and Levy were beside her.

"Those cookies...." Lucy sniffed, "she made those for just Gray and it was her last hope...." She wiped away the tears.

"Last hope?" Lisanna cocked her head not understand what it meant.

"Juvia said that if Gray rejects her one last time..... She will give up on love and that's why she destroyed the box of cookies......" Lucy explained, "I saw with my very own eyes that she did all her best to make it.... Her hand were full of scratches, band aids and burns...." She added.

"That bastard....." Erza growled.

"She must be quite depressed....." Lisanna mumbled, noticing the thunder roaring and the lightning coming and the rain poured down heavily.

"I can't even imagine Juvia with no love...." Levy said worriedly, "every since she came, she glowed with joy and happiness and always had a smile on..... She has a big heart full of love...." Levy cried.

"She has the biggest heart here among us and because it's so big that she has a strong resolution making her very strong...." Erza said.

Everyone in the group agreed while outside the room, Gajeel leaned on the wall beside the door and clicked his tongue. He continued to stay there quietly as he heard the girls crying. "That bastard will pay...." He thought angrily. While, out at the alley, Mystogan or Jellal watched from Ultear's orb and monitored what they talked about.

"...... I sympathise the both of them...." He looked up to the dark clouds.

The next day, everyone hoped that what happened yesterday was all just a dream or just a joke. But as soon as Gray arrived at the guild, everyone was silent. No one dared to talk nor drink. He continued inside and sat down by the bar, "can I have some wat---- I mean, some booze, Mirajane?" He asked and Mira gave him a mug.

"Are you okay Gray-kun?" Mira asked as she wiped the washed plates. She's calm, no anger, no sadness showed around her. She just showed a calming smile towards him.

"I don't know...." Gray dropped his head down the table. "I don't even get why Lucy got mad or why Juvia cried."

Mirajane settled down the towel and the plate and she leaned on the table, looking down on the irritated mage. "What do you think of Juvia?" She asked.

Gray glanced at Mira, not knowing why she asked that question but he decided to answer anyways. "She's way too attached, clingy, annoying, noisy, and I can't have any piece of quiet." Gray furrowed his eyebrows.

"But Juv---"

"But," Gray added, cutting of Mira, with a relaxed expression "she's strong, kind, brave and she will do everything in her power to protect her friends, family and the weak..." He smiled and shown gentle eyes which he didn't even know he has such an expression.

Mirajane's eyes were wide for a while but she gave her calming smile. "It takes to time to find what you're looking for. Don't be impatient." She advised but Gray didn't understand at all.

Lucy heard the conversation and she gave such a relieving smile but she was still worried for Juvia.
