HR life they say it's easy
Undying services which they failed to see
Many would think we're here to file
Arrange the records, chat and smile
No one will know if we're happy or not
Rarely believe that we're struggling a lot
Even at times that we almost give up
Still, our passion for service is always on top
Organizational needs are our priority
Understanding the clients in all complexity
Racing with time to deliver it all
Challenges ahead that leads us to fall
Everyone is committed to excel and drive
Seems it's our goal, our life, our pride
Despite the trials and all the pain
Entails a learning that keeps us sane
Precisely i'll choose it over and over
A noble career in my blood forever
Read my heart and not my thoughts
True meaning you'll find in the words i wrote
Mind you if you think that we fall out of the line
Early to assume 'coz will surely shine
Now i hope this will come to a realization
That this thankless job completes the organization!
