Open your background in PicsArt and add your png.

Before you tap the check mark, tap effects and select a black and white filter (I selected b&w blur)

Before you tap the check mark, tap effects and select a black and white filter (I selected b&w blur). Right next to the eraser, to the right at the top, you are going to tap that, and select colors and scroll till you find brightness. Set the brightness all the way up, tap the same button next to the eraser, and repeat. I repeated this step two times.

Once your done, place the silhouette where you want it, and add your face claim again.
