Open one of the backgrounds in PicsArt, and your face claim, and erase if needed. Add one of the snapchat filters if desired.

This is optional, but I'm going to open the picture in Photoshop Express by tapping the check mark, more, and Photoshop Express (you have to download the app, Photoshop Express, before doing this step).

The filter I chose is Carmine and I adjusted the settings of the picture. Once I was done, I saved it and opened it in PicsArt.

Then I tapped effects, artistic, and oil painting. Once again, I adjusted the settings.
