Rocket from Guardians of the Galaxy. Like Starlord, I used both his MCU and comic designes as reference. I also used StarFox as inspiration, especially with the boots. Also, this is the first time I've drawn an anthropomorphic animal character. I'm not really a furry, but I kinda like furry art.
