Kirstie tells Kevin everything that has been going on with Tim and his nightmares of McGriff. Kevin tells her that he had read that spirits can attach themselves to a person. The person is not possessed by the spirit but the spirit can attack them while their mind is at it's most relaxed state, which is during sleep.

He's actually heard of a demonologist in L.A. by the name of Jason Hawes. He would get in touch with him, tell him of the situation and find out what needs to be done. He would call her when he found out any information.

After hanging up with Kevin, she feels relieved. She heads back into the kitchen where the guys was busy making sandwiches and filling the cooler with different kinds of beverages.

She fills them in on what Kevin had told her as she helps with the sandwiches.

"Well, that's kind of a relief." Adam says as he rubs Tim's back.

"Yea." Tim gives him a tired smile. "I just hope he can help me."

"I'm sure he can, Timbo." Avi smiles. "That's what they do. Now, let's go have some fun before you collapse."

They go snorkeling for a while, which they all loved. None of them had ever been before. Tim seems more relaxed but his lack of sleep was quickly catching up with him.

As the day wears on, Tim begins to stumble more, due to exhaustion and lack of sleep.

"I think we need to take a break. Eat something and rest a little while." Adam says.

"I could go with eating something." Avi chuckles as they decide to head back to their spot on the beach.

They sat down on the blankets they had spread out on the sand and begins to eat the sandwiches they had made.

After they had ate, Avi and Kirstie snuggles up on their blanket and dozes off to the peaceful sound of the ocean.

Adam wasn't the lease bit tired but he laid down on their blanket staring up at the cloudless blue skies.

Tim sits beside him, smoking a cigarette. He stares mindlessly out at the ocean.

"Baby, why don't you lay down and take a nap. You're exhausted." Adam says as he rubs Tim gently on the back.

"I can't." Tim says, shaking his head slightly.

"Yes, you can." Adam says, sitting up next to him. "I'll watch you and the very minute I see any kind of sign that you in distress, I'll wake you up."

"Do you think it will work? I can't go on like this, Adam. I'm so tired." Tim says quietly.

"I know you are, Sweetie." Adam says as he starts to lie back down, pulling Tim with him.

Avi, overhearing them, raises up into a sitting position. Leaving a sleeping Kirstie curled up beside him.

"Timbo, you take you a nap. We'll wake you up one way or another if anything happens." Avi says.

Tim lays his head on Adam's shoulder as Adam wraps his arms around him.

"I'd be lying if I said I wasn't scared." Tim says.

"I know. But I'll protect you." Adam says as he starts to hum softly.

Within two minutes, Tim was sleeping soundly in Adam's arms.

Avi and Adam shares worried glances.

Tim falls deep into a peaceful slumber:

~~A warm, fuzzy feeling settled over me and for a moment it was comfortable. My skin prickled under the hot sun and I was completely free of any negative thoughts. But as soon as I opened my eyes the feeling disappeared and I was left all by myself.

I was engulfed in darkness and no source of light was anywhere to be seen. Slowly, I looked around and then again and again, more frantic each time as I turned around my own axis.

Without thinking I took a step forward, the absence of light didn't exactly bother me, but I knew, I could feel it in my bones that something was wrong.

"Adam?" I asked and forced myself to not let my panic be heard in my voice. For the longest time, nothing could be heard and in a vain attempt of maybe finding a way out of this situation I turned around again.

"ADAM?!" I tried again, louder this time as a deep fear settled in my stomach and cramped it up.

When nothing happened again, I could feel my stomach cramping together and my heart beating so fast it might as well have broken my ribs and freed itself from my chest. But I was truly and undeniably alone. No Adam, no Avi or Kirstie...

One last time I cried Adam's name out, but nothing besides my erratic breathing could be heard. I wrapped my arms around my middle as my surroundings grew colder and colder. And then something changed.

Too close to my ear, I heard a hiss followed by the disgusting feeling of someone breathing down my neck, but when I turned around nobody was there.

Terror gripped my heart and overruled my rational thoughts as I tried to stumble away, but instead I fell face first into the surprisingly soft ground. My feet were numb and when I turned around, not yet ready to stand up again, the ground under my legs disappeared.

It wasn't visible, but all of a sudden I felt my legs dangle from an edge and it would've been too easy to push me over it.

However, when I tried to get away from it, the edge followed me and I fell to the ground again. In panic, I tried to crawl, but it felt like I wasn't making any progress besides rubbing my fingers raw.

Just when I heard footsteps approaching another disembodied voice tuned out whatever the stranger was about to say.

A mixture of relief and worry flooded over me as I realized the voice belonged to Adam, but both the man and the edge I could fall down any minute were still there.

But then the voice got louder and louder until my whole world shook by its force.

Just before everything faded away to a far too bright light, I felt a tight grip on my arm and a sharp pain on my back. ~~~~~

"TIM!! BABY WAKE UP!!" Adam screams as he shakes Tim.

"NOOO!" Tim screams out as his eyes pop open and he grabs Adam's biceps tightly.

"Timbo, you're alright. You're awake." Avi says, brushing back Tim's hair.

Kirstie jumps up and grabs him a bottle of water.

"Oh God." Tim cries as he collapses in Adam's arms in heavy sobs. "My back. My back is hurting." He moans through his sobs.

Adam gives Avi a questionable look as Avi looks at Tim's back.

Avi's eyes grow in horror as he stares at three claw marks on his back.
