Dear Jesus,
I don't want anyone in my family to die lost. I believe that You can save my {family member} and that You can turn their heart towards You. Only You can save a lost soul, and I believe that with everything inside of me. Nothing will stop me from believing that You are the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and that no man can turn to the Heavenly Father except through You. Save my {family member's} life, and turn their heart towards You, because I couldn't take it if anyone in my life died lost.
In Jesus' Name I pray this, Amen.
