The white SUV pulled up, on the side of the road, next to the old steel mill. Jennie stepped out, and closed the door. She looked through the window, at Caleb. "Come on, let's go." She told him, encouragingly.

Caleb looked at her and nodded. "I'm coming." He unbuckled and got out, closing the door behind him.

Jennie immediately crouched down, and inspected the ground. "That's odd." She said, bewildered at something.

                "What's odd?" Caleb asked her.

"There's supposed to be steel all around here. There's nothing here." She explained.

Caleb noticed something shiny, sitting in a ditch, a few yards away. The walls of the ditch looked brittle, as if they would collapse at any second. "What's this?" Caleb asked no one in particular. He ran to the edge of the ditch, laid on his belly, on the ground, and reached in, hoping he could reach the object, without having to climb into the ditch.

"Be careful Caleb." Jennie told him, sounding concerned. "I don't want to have to look for two missing people."

"I can't reach it. I have to climb inside." He informed her. He got up, turned around, and carefully lowered himself into the ditch. He grabbed the object, and had started to climb out of the ditch, when it caved in, and trapped him inside.

Jennie didn't see the ditch collapse on her friend. "Caleb get over here. I think I found something." She called out to him, as she turned around. She saw he wasn't there. "Caleb!" She hollered, hoping for an answer but not expecting one.

Caleb was trapped by dirt, rocks, and what seemed like wet mud. He frantically tried to dig himself out, but with no such luck. He determined that he was doomed, unless Jennie were to save him. However, fate smiled upon him, as he felt something under his feet. He slammed his foot down on some old and rotting logs. The logs broke, and dropped Caleb into a good sized room. It looked like something from medieval England. Instead of light bulbs, torches lined the walls. At the far end of the room, he noticed a large door with very sinister carvings all over it, like decorations.

Jennie looked at where the ditch had been, put two and two together, and became scared and frantic. She couldn't believe that she had just lost her only friend. Despite them really being friends for just a few hours, she already counted him as her best friend. "Don't worry Caleb. I'll go get help." She said, as she turned around, only to turn back around, determining that it would be safer if she didn't leave. She started to dig away at the ground, hoping to reach him in time.

Caleb contemplated whether or not to open the door. "If I open the door, I don't know what to expect behind it. There's a good chance it's something bad, with my luck it'll probably be a demon or some other evil creature. He laughed a bit at the thought of it.

Jennie stopped digging. She had tired herself out, and needed a rest. "Ugh. This day is just getting better and better." She said to herself, sarcastically.

Caleb decided it was best to wait for something to happen. He didn't want to take the chance of opening the door, and having another bad thing happening to him.
