I ran towards Ryan's howl and I knew I was to late. I got to the clearing he was in and saw his lifeless body laying in the middle of the field. I shifted into my human form not caring if anybody saw me naked.
"Please don't be dead, please don't be dead , please don't be dead," I prayed silently to myself.
I got towards Ryan's limp body to see that he was barely alive.
"E-Erin H-hey." He said with his eyes closed as sat down next to him.
"Ryan are y-you okay '??" As if to answer my question he coughed up blood.
"No.... *cough* I'm dying....." by now I was full on crying.
"Hey Erin *cough* "
"Yeah ?"
"Can you ...sing to ......me ..." He said looking up at the starless sky.
"*sniff* yeah..."

Ryan stopped breathing......
My best friend since freaking birth died beside me....
I didn't even have time to cry cause 3 rouges appeared out of the trees. There heads snapped towards me and they sniffed the air. Shortly after they shifted into human forms and started to run towards me.
Oh shit...
I kissed Ryan's forehead and ran back into the woods shifting into my wolf. I ran as fast as I could with the rouges hot on my hills. Finally after 10 minutes of running I made it back to the pack house. I went behind some nearby bushes where I put some clothes for times like this, and headed into the pack house.

Sorry it took me so long to update I've been busy with school. Believe it or not we already had a project AND a test PLUS we have another on Thursday as well so my updating skills may or may not be up to par...Lol any way hope you guys like it and Asian sorry for the wait...
