Girls are beautiful.
Bright smiles,
And the saddest tears.

But I'm not one.

Boys can be handsome.
Muscular
Or not, they are them.

But I am not one.

Transgendered people
Unafraid
To be who they are.

I am afraid, but I am one.

This poem displays how I perceive the people I go to school with. Not everyone in the school may be the way described in this poem. It shows how I feel compared to how others seem.

I am biologically female. I try not to show my insecurities. I don't feel safe telling many of my friends about the fact that I don't feel like a guy or a girl, so I've chosen to display that in some of my poems.
