Dear Dan [completed]

"Hello?"
"Is this Dan Howell?"
"Yeah... Why?"
"I'm so sorry"
"Sorry for what?! What happened?"
"It's Phil, he tried to kill himself, he's lost a lot of blood and we don't know if he's going to make it, you were the only contact in his phone, so we decided maybe you wanted to say goodbye?"
"I'm on my way"

Dan got into the car and started driving, tears rushing down his face.

He got to the hospital and ran in.
"I'm here to see Phil Lester!" He said out of breath.
"Yes, he's in room 4-2"
Dan nodded and power walked into the room. 
"Phil?" He said walking in slowly.
"Dan!?" Phil said looking at Dan.
"I'm so sorry." Phil said tears rushing down his face.
"Why?" Dan said sitting next to the bed.
"Because you didn't love me anymore."
Phil said.
Dan looked down and grabbed Phils hand.
"I never stopped loving you." Dan said kissing Phils forehead.
"I lost a lot of blood Dan, I don't think I'm going to make it." Phil said crying even more.
"Don't say that, you'll be okay. Please" Dan pleaded as he saw Phils heart rate went up.
"Phil please, please don't leave me." Dan started crying even harder.
"I'm so sorry Dan, I love you." Phil said as he took his last breathe.
"Phil! Don't leave me!" Dan said tears running down his face.
"Someone help!" Dan yelled.

"I'm so sorry, we couldn't save him." The doctor said walking into room.
Dan put his face in his hands and started to cry.
"It's all my fault, I should have never left him. I never even said goodbye." Dan said crying.
